The world is full of nature. But in this populated world, it is very difficult to find a place where you can spend time with yourself. Human is not a machine that doesn’t need time to rest, solve their brain disturbance, to take some important decisions. How to keep mind calm and make decisions? When you are under pressure? It is all possible if you spend time with yourself. Yes, sometimes loneliness is also an enemy of humans.  But If you think naturally, this beautiful nature is the best partner of yours. When I hear the word nature the first things that come to my mind is MYSELF.

How to stay calm

I want to spend time with myself. At the place where I don’t want any other human being. But I won’t be all alone. An environment like Birds creeping, the sound of waterfalls, a refreshing slight cold wind blowing, dim sunlight, the aroma of plants, the fragrance of flowers, Petrichor, all of these with my closed eyes.  Now, I’m in a perfect place and can lower my stress, and depression. Tranquility, Peace of mind, Harmonious mind. I want to think about my past life, and the mistakes I did intentionally or not. I want to discuss my future life with my mind, heart, my dreams.

The ability of thinking increases when there is no one to distract or interfere with your decision. Spending time with nature is indeed boring for some people and you might’ve noticed that peoples are so confused about taking an important decision in their life. They are like a fire who makes light with some stuff but when that stuff becomes to an end the light also starts extinctions. In other words, they and their decisions depend on others. Because they do not give chance to their mind to make a suggestion, they don’t allow their heart to feel.

When I was young, I often sit on the bench near my house and thought about why people are so dependent, and scared, to take decisions. The same question I asked my mom she replied “People depend because they want the best result”. This answer increases my turmoil. After experiencing many cases I realize that people do not even try their ideas, they are afraid of losing. When you’re not practicing your ideas, thoughts, and decisions how will you take the next step in your life? 

   Are you also under pressure?  Spend time with yourself, with nature. You’ll find the way you didn’t even assume that.
